Our packages mainly involve 2-4 shooters at most weddings.
For customised packages, you may receive one shooter.
We are more than happy to include more shooters to any package type, however this is not always necessary.
This is highly dependent what is most important to you, your budget and the kind of footage you would like us to capture for you.

To allow us to assist you in the best way possible, please provide information of the following: the date of your wedding, the location of your ceremony venue and location of your reception venue.

We love capturing all the memories and moments from the day in a more candid way than posed. Think of a fly on the wall observing and capturing all the moments!

For videos, we use the latest high definition cameras on your wedding day. We also use external audio recorders at your ceremony and speeches at the reception to get that crystal clear audio for your vows and speeches.
For photography, we use high-end digital cameras and a variety of lenses/flashes. To protect all your footage, we use camera that have multiple backup options to make sure that we don’t lose anything!

We want to meet you just as much as you want to meet us! We can meet over a coffee/wine/beer at our studio or at a cafe/restaurant.

Once you have decided which package you would like to proceed with, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of your total amount to secure the date with Royal Media Weddings.
We will provide a confirmation email, along with terms and conditions document that will require a signature.
The remaining amount is due anytime up until one month before the date of your wedding.
We accept secure online payment via XERO through a link.

Absolutely. We love to travel!
We are mainly Melbourne based. But we welcome any new clients who would like to work with us interstate or overseas.

For weddings that are located within 60km from our head office, travel costs are included in the packages for both videographers and/or photographers.
Our travel fee rates starts from $200 for any events further than 60km from our head office.
For interstate weddings across Australia and international weddings, please consult with us via email info@rmrproductions.com and we will do our best to make arrangements for you.

Absolutely. Depending on availability, weather conditions and choice of locations, our team of photographers and videographers will make the utmost effort to use a drone at your wedding to get those cinematic shots.

Most of the time, it will be Aldwin Cajili, Tim Velante and Jerry Brinas that would be closely involved in shooting your special day.
Depending on your package, we may require more photographers/videographers to assist us. They will be contacted by us and booked for the date of your wedding.

We will be in contact with you throughout the course of 8-10 weeks to give you a chance to review your footage and inform us of any adjustments you wish to make. Just keep in mind: you will be allowed up to 2 amendments.

Most of the time, it will be Aldwin Cajili, Tim Velante and Jerry Brinas that would be editing your photos and film. This ensures that the editing style and aesthetic remains consistent throughout the process.

Every wedding is different and we offer an unlimited amount of photos taken for the amount of time we are commissioned for (this basically means we do not limit the number of photos taken).

We will have all of your photos prepared and uploaded to a private online gallery around 1 - 3 months after your Wedding.

We also upload your wedding videos online to share.

Our turn around time can vary depending on the amount of previous work we have. Normally, it can take around 1-3 months for everything to be delivered.

Your cinematic video trailer is edited to your favourite song - generally 3 -5 minutes. In regards to your extended highlight video, it will run for approximately 10 minutes

We will provide you with a list of popular song suggestions. By choosing your favourite songs, your wedding video will be customised to your personality and taste).
